If this was Ron Artest, or T.O. or the like, the congressional hearings would already be scheduled, there would be 3 different threads here about the topic, and a petition on the internet asking for the judicial process to be skipped and move directly to a lynching. That's why it's never good to presume anything about anyone no matter how you personally feel about them.
