Hines Ward taking mother to visit home He is traveling to experience the culture he has only heard about. One of the ways he can think of to thank his mother for all her sacrifce, this guy is truly a class act. Most of the athletes who seem lost and need direction can learn a thing or two from this guy.

Keyshawn to Panthers Keyshawn Johnson is going to the Panthers in a $19 million deal with a $5 million signing bonus he negotiated personally. This should be good to see Steve Smith fight for the 1 spot.

Bonds to sue "Game of Shadows" authors, publishers What I find most interesting is that Bonds is not suing over the claims that he used performance-enhancing drugs, but over the fact that the leaked grand jury testimony the authors base many of their claims on is "illegally obtained."

T.O. in Big D Terrell Owens has reached an agreement in principle to join the Dallas Cowboys. The signing comes six years after he showed contempt for the franchise by spiking two touchdowns on the star at the midfield of Texas Stadium, the second of which resulted in George Teague drawing the most beloved unsportsmanlike conduct foul in Cowboys history.

Awesome short video from last night's CBS News an autistic student being called into his first basketball game. Watch it until the end, it kicks ass.

First Ever Womans Golf Rankings Michelle wie was determined to be no. 3 in the world. Is fifteen tourneys enough to determine how good one really is? I smell a marketing scheme here to get Wie into the US Open without having to qualify, lol.

Bryant Gumbel Torches Olympics "Count me among those who don't like them and won't watch them ... Because they're so trying, maybe over the next three weeks we should all try too. Like, try not to be incredulous when someone attempts to link these games to those of the ancient Greeks who never heard of skating or skiing. Try not to laugh when someone says these are the world's greatest athletes, despite a paucity of blacks that makes the Winter Games look like a GOP convention. Try not to point out that something's not really a sport if a pseudo-athlete waits in what's called a kiss-and-cry area, while some panel of subjective judges decides who won ... So if only to hasten the arrival of the day they're done, when we can move on to March Madness -- for God's sake, let the games begin."

Weedy man i enjoy watching olympics no matter winter, summer whatever as much as anyone in here. What i think really jacks everything up is that they announce who won what event before it comes out on TV, so why bother to watch it you know. As far as this dumbass, everyone knew he was a fucken moron, if they didn't know now they know.

Nash Must Be The MVP Steve Nash is having a better season than a year ago. If he doesn't win the MVP, something is seriously wrong.

Nash is a pretty good choice although last year it was handed to him. (the mavs did better record wise without him last year, therefore he wasn't really as valuable as everyone thought) I love kobe and lebron but i would have to go with Brand, i mean before the past seasons would start you already knew the clippers were a joke and now no one can look past them or they'll get beat. Back in the day i would give away the clippers tickets that were given to me.
The Rocket to represent the United States. Roger Clemens, who has currently not said whether he will play another season, has been picked to be on the United States team in the World Baseball Classic.

all this talk of clemens being arrogant among other things, wouldn't you want that in a starting pitcher? to be an arrogant son of a beeyatch who has the balls to get people out. Man he needs to get on the bus and go over to arlington and pitch for the rangers, we can't keep scoring 10 runs and losing by 5!!!
i think this is the worst the texans could've done, i cant believe it!! they could've at least traded down a couple spots and still got this guy!! but how do you pass up on potential superstars like bush or young, man!!!! no wonder we dont win shit!! the guys in charge are retarded!! i think Millen could have done better than that.
