Aw, crap. Didn't know about that. Sorry. FWIW, the live feed is as jerky as it gets right now, and the game hasn't even started.

SPOILER ALERT Canada has won it, 4-2, thanks to a very strong first period. Confidence wise, here are our final standings. Congrats to NoMich!

Cool. I seem to do pretty good with these confidence schemes games. So, what do I win? A goat in a tree?

Way to go NoMich, Congrats........

Damn, damn, damn, damn, damn. Any other scenario and I would have won (I think). Why did the USA finally win something. Oh yeah, congrats to NoMich I guess.

I prefer these standings. Congrats NoMich. And thanks to all the smart folk who make these things possible. They sure are fun. I wish I had a goat in a tree.

That's probably the highest finish from the SpoFi Collective yet.

Man, those Canadians own this game, huh? NoMich, I'm glad you won because The Ref is my all-time favorite holiday movie. And thanks to MrFrisby, qbert, DrJohn and everyone else who made this competition necessary.

Wow....I just noticed, with the exception of the SpoFie Collective there isn't a Canadian member in the top 6......Just saying....... for what it's worth.......

I prefer these standings. Doubly here. You go from fourth to first, but I jump from 11th to 3rd! Wow....I just noticed, with the exception of the SpoFie Collective there isn't a Canadian member in the top 6......Just saying....... for what it's worth....... Canadians are busy taking the MVPs in Basketball and Baseball and, more importantly, are winning the MLB Confidence Pools.

It's a crappin' 70 degrees and sunny outside. In NH. On January 6th. Who the hell can think about hockey? No wonder I finished 18th. Thanks, global warming, for giving me an excuse. Good going, NoMich. Maybe it's colder in NC? Enjoy the goat.

I heard recently that it isn't global warming, it's El Niņo. El Niņo is using global warming as a smoke screen to work unfettered, ruining good skiing for New Englanders everywhere. It may or may not also be responsible for increased incidence of goats being found up in trees.

Good going, NoMich. Maybe it's colder in NC? Enjoy the goat. NoMich, I forgot one thing. In at least one state it is illegal to place an animal's hind legs inside your boots. Could it be NC? Be careful out there.

So what's the prize for being top Canadian, then?
