CFL Playoffs Pick 'Em, Final Standings: Crazy endings both in Calgary and closer to home. Well, if you consider the narrowest of over/under margins a "crazy ending". I know I sure do. Break the suspense and c'mon inside to make your peace with the 2009 CFL season.

How crazy was that?

Saskatchewan comes out blazing, absolutely dominating Montreal, and taking a 17-3 lead into halftime. But Montreal struggles to life in the second half, scoring a touchdown and nailing the two-pointer. They score a second touchdown, but with time winding down, misses the two-point convert that would've tied the game—on a controversial non-call, to boot.

Trailing 27-25, the Alouettes defence gets the ball back with under a minute left, and Calvillo makes two key passes to get within Duval's field goal range. With the clock running out, Duval's kick misses wide right—but there are flags all over the field. In the strangest possible penalty at the absolute worst time, Saskatchewan is caught with thirteen men on the field. Duval's second kick, ten yards closer, splits the uprights. The Alouettes take home the 97th Grey Cup.

And the over/under, set at 55.5? You added right. The points total comes to 55.

dfleming holds his ground to finish first, but Reever's under pick squeaks him into a tie. Congratulations to our co-winners!

At the other end, Schultzie splits Costanza duties with yours truly. If you're going to fail, make sure you do it in good company.

Thanks to everyone for another fantastic season—you guys make the Canadian summer what it is. Enjoy the snow, and we'll see you in June!

Curse that half point! Congrats, reever!

Also, Schultzie should be given the benefit of 1/2 points on the bonus questions as he's not even answering them!

Curse that half point indeed !

Congrats to our winners, and thanks again, DrJ.

Thanks, DJE! Another great CFL season has come to an end ... the way it was forecasted it would end all year long ... in a C-L-O-S-E finish! But none closer than our SpoFi pickers at the top ... so congrats to dfleming & Reever!

Ditto on the Schultzie picks though ... sorry, DJE, Costanza should be yours and yours alone ;)

Edmonton is "Hot to Huddle" hosting the 2010 Grey Cup, y'all ... so make your plans now ... it'll be fun to host some SpoFites in the City of Champions!

Enjoy the off-season ...

Congrats dfleming and Reever.

Thanks DJE for another fun pick 'em and for not mentioning the costanza was a three way tie.

Congrats winners, and thanks Dr J.

And well done to whoever set the Over/Under line. You can come and handicap horses down here anytime you like.

Oh man, one final miss. Penalty—not enough brain cells on the field. Sorry about that, apoch. I'll FedEx you the trophy when I'm done with it.
