Can someone in the Boston area explain to me why Tuukka Rask still starts games for the Bruins? I don't think Tim Thomas can play much better.

No, but Thomas' amazing play has screwed up the Bruins' plans. What they really would have liked to do was trade Thomas in the off-season and make Rask the starter. He's supposed to be their goalie of the next 10 years. At this point I don't know if they're just trying to keep him sharp or showcasing him, but they do have to give him a few games.
