Nice work, Mr. James. Quite enjoyable. One of those things I would like to see more of as long as the author is literate, as in this case.

A perfect game sounds like the best way to end a career.

Good story. I was not good at Little League and one of my most painful memories is striking out in the bottom of the sixth with the winning run on base (maybe even bases loaded?). I was flat out scared at the plate - the pitcher was a big guy a couple years older than me.

Fortunately there was soccer.

Awesome stuff dfleming. Some of my greatest sports memories are from playing little league baseball.
