Is Jack McDowell (former White Sox) still active in music? I think I'd rather remain a nobody and be sitting on all that money (potentially) that White is.

Funny that you should mention Radinsky. A friend of mine here in Raleigh was in Scared Straight with him. And they were actually an early '80s hardcore band. Ha - I had (don't think I still do) a Scared Straight tape back in the day. I used to listen to him when he was in Ten Foot Pole. I was 14. And relatively confused. I think I'd rather remain a nobody and be sitting on all that money (potentially) that White is. But yes it's probably better to just find a shitload of rocks and sell them for billions. It's the headline that got me reminiscing.

Granite, I'm not the most sedimental guy, but you'd have to have a heart of stone not to be rooting for White. On my slate would be drinking quartz of Guinness, buying a new crib for my dear old magma and hiring a psychiatrist to keep grounded and not lose my marble. Oh, who am I kidding? I'd just sit around and get stoned. I may look like Fred Flintstone, but I'll make your bedrock.

That aunt must be wanting to kill herself now... $50 K for something potentially worth a couple of billion. I really hope that he gives he at least half a million or something big. A take home nurse and medical care would be nice as well. At any rate, this is a genuine feel-good story. It's nice to hear that no matter what, baseball is still this kids #1 priority.

I was just going to say that this appears to be just another professional athlete taking everything he has for granite. On second thought, I'm glad you got here first. That aunt must be wanting to kill herself now Yeah, I bet White just runs off with the billions and leaves her twisting in the breeze. Due payback for those excessively wet kisses endured as a child.
