NBA Draft Lottery Projections This article shows the odds of each team earning the first pick in the NBA Draft. How about them stupid Knicks- Eddie Curry and Antonio Davis.... for possibly the 1st pick of the draft??

Comments

In a related article, the Knicks coach Larry Brown was at the Knicks rookie workouts.

Any speculation on which players will go in the first three or four picks?

... Larry Brown was at the Knicks rookie workouts. This could be a smokescreen. It has been suggested that Larry will be let go after the Lottery so that the Knicks won't be totally lambasted over the fact the pick they traded to the Bulls is going to go high in the lottery.

Any speculation on which players will go in the first three or four picks? It's wide open this year with no real consensus. I've seen Roy, Morrison, Thomas, Aldridge, Gay, and even Marcus Williams get mentioned in different permutations of the top 5.

Marcus Williams should definately not be in the top- 10, even though he probably will be. Im a huge UConn fan, and after the Laptop incidient, he has shown that he is immature, and a poor leader off the court. As for Gay, he really looks like the real deal.

I think that Lamarcus Aldridge is the #1 guy, simply because of his size, and what that would mean for a team... even if he comes off the bench.

Its that time of year again... For a projected draft

What? No mention of Reddick or Morrison. They were all anyone wanted to talk about during the NCAA basketball season. I would tend to think teams might kill to get a sharpshooter like Reddick. But I guess you're right, it is wide open this year.

I would love to see the headline read "Utah's man is Gay". That would be awesome.

Wow- the mock draft that chemwiz posted has McNamera of Syrcause drafted at the very end of the second round? After those huge games in the playoffs?

I have a hard time seeing a scenario where a team takes Thomas over Morrison. McNamara is widely viewed to be overrated, specifically because of the big tourney games he had.

Still, give me a guy who plays with the heart of a champion night in night out rather than someone who half-asses it up and down the court every night. I'd take McNamara in the middle of the second round and then watch him carve out a niche as the next Steve Kerr type.

I would love to see the headline read "Utah's man is Gay". Ha ha!

I don't think McNamara will go in the first round or even early second round but there's no doubt in my mind that he could pull off a Steve Blake and turn into a regular starter - thanks to his hustle and heart.
