Alexandre "Hollywood" Daigle ends up in another training camp. From Ottawa to Philadelphia to Tampa Bay to the Rangers to a retirement at age 25 in California only to come back last season with the Penguins... is he now going to make it with the Wild?

I'd give the Wild's system the best chance to crack this pretty boy's ego.

I cannot comprehend what sort of ego-bruising this kid has taken. From "can't miss" to "can't play" in less than 10 years. Throw in the photo in the nurses outfit, and he really doesn't have that much good to talk about in his hockey career...

Does anyone remember that three-way trade four, five years ago involving Philly, Edmonton and Tampa? Daigle for Andrei Kovalenko for Alex Son-in-law-ov. Three problem children shifted around the league. Maybe Daigle should follow his two trade companions to the Russian Elite League...? Daigle made a splash when he tried with the Rangers, almost looking like a comeback player of the year. The same last year with the 'guins, a quick splash, a few points, then working out the year on the farm.
