Mr Titus really is not much for research, is he? Except where it involves his own ass. Nevada is a death-penalty state, and if he's found guilty of murder, he just may lose his. But it's to be expected. Most people at that stage of a career are megalomaniacs anyway.

That's one moronic threesome of criminals. The Review-Journal article makes them sound like characters in an Elmore Leonard novel. They thought they could burn a car until it was unidentifiable, and Kelly Ryan purchased seven cans of lighter fluid at Wal-Mart at 3:30 a.m. They didn't even remove the license plates. It wouldn't take CSI to solve that case. I'm having trouble believing that Ryan didn't know her husband was having an affair with the victim. The woman was a former model and dance instructor hired as their live-in assistant, and she accompanied them from California to Las Vegas.
