I am grateful to the Cavs for test driving Kevin Love on Brad Stevens' behalf.

If Ainge doesn't have that obsessive Love bug out of his system at this point, he'll need to take a leave of absence.

I was disappointed in the studio takes at halftime of Albania/Switzerland about Lorik Cana's sending off. Mike Tirico, Abby Wambach and Kasey Keller never said a word about Cana using the handball to stop play and prevent a goal. If he didn't do it, the Swiss player was 1-on-1 against the keeper at the edge of the box.

Yes, Cana put his team a man down. Yes, he'll be suspended another game. Yes, it was a bad decision because of the cost. But there was a motive that they never discussed. Defenders often take a penalty in a situation like the one Cana faced. I assume it's drilled into them, because they do it all the time.

No goal was scored.

Enver Hoxa casts a long shadow.

Are English fans doing some kind of '80s Throwback Weekend in the streets of Marseille?

For fundamentalist voters trying to make sense of the current political season, Creator beating Exaggerator in the Belmont Stakes is a long overdue sign from God.

Creator vs Exaggerator? Was this a race between 1980s thrash metal bands or something?

Thank you Ticos.

I thought so at the time you posted this but now I'm not so sure I wouldn't rather have the Friday match against Peru with the extra day rest.
