Roger Clemens' Perjury Trial Begins: The perjury trial of Roger Clemens began Wednesday with the selection of 12 jurors. The former baseball star is charged with six counts related to lying to a congressional committee when he said under oath that he never took performance-enhancing drugs. If convicted, federal sentencing guidelines call for up to 21 months in prison. The court wants the audio of Clemens' deposition, but Congress only provided a transcript.
