Film Fest For those in the Greater Toronto area, the inaugural Canadian Sport Film Festival runs from tomorrow through Saturday, screening a number of features and shorts ranging across a wide number of sports and cultures.

I just looked through the synopses of the films being screened. It's quite a wide-ranging selection, and it looks like it will be a real treat for the sports buffs and film fans both. Wish I could make it up there.

Interesting. I was not aware of this. It seems like every month there's a different film festival in Toronto (there's a photography film festival going on now, as part of Contact. In and Out Gay and Lesbian film is soon. Hot Docs is just over. etc)
