mlblogs: mlblogs.com has launched, and it's pretty fun. It's got me thinking though, that I have no idea what the best Baseball blogs are anymore. What are they?

Hey! The ** asterisk was NOT a mistake, but the HG/JG was. :) The asterisk was a clever visual pun! Can they be restored?

** Bonds, JG, Sheff on 'roids.: Other baseball players identified were ... former Giants outfielder Marvin Benard and catcher Benito Santiago, and former A's second baseman Randy Velarde. Since Velarde was taking them, we know it's a minimal advantage.

No one likes my Giambi to Mets idea?

Start spreadin' the news.

God, I love baseball. How awesome is it that the Yankees traded their best young pitcher for a 42 year old head case with no knees? My latest trade idea is this: let the Mets pass on Delgado and Sosa - take Giambi from the Yankees along w/ 15M a year.

Baseball Blogging. The year in review.

I posted this on personal blog as well, I think it's excellent. I wish all blog articles were that well written and researched.

Sosa bolts from clubhouse ... and most likely the Cubs.

Dusty's definitely overrated. Sosa and $10M to the Mets for Cliff Floyd.

why is this post in here? Because it's the locker room! (joking) And because 10 of my user number fit into yours. (/joking) Also, all knuckleheads out there who think the season should only be 154 games long should not be allowed to watch this last week of the season.

What's the wrong way for a pitcher to react to losing a game?

Weaver for Brown doesn't look like a good trade in hindsight.

Defcon 2 Jerk Alert

Ufez, are you joing about Portland? They went on a tear the second half of last year, and they've got at least one major move to make. The Blazers will have home court in the first round next year.

Phil Jackson steps down as Lakers coach

This is great for the Lakers - and better for Charlotte. Kupchak, Buss and Kobe can look over this list, and pick any amount of players that have contracts adding up to 27.1 million dollars, and it's a trade. How about Eddie Jones, Antonio Davis, and Antoine Walker to the Lakers, and Shaq to Charlotte?

Who was the *better* player this year? Clearly Carmelo, who had great stats AND made his teammates better.

dusted, Wiley is right on. If steroids really were that effective, we'd all be doing them! Instead, Randy Velarde!
