The Hoser's NFL Picks, Week 12: NFL Picks that wonder just how strong the fan is in the bathroom on John Madden's bus.

I noticed Miami not covering. I've been looking on-line to see how the Lions have faired against the spread on thanxgiving. Couldn't find what I was looking for, but I know I wouldn't bet against them.

There's no way that Denver loses 2 in a row.

Lions scoring 20? Even against a warm weather Miami defense that seems less likely than my Tofurkey coughing up a real wishbone.

The Lions are 3-2 ATS on Thanksgiving in the past five years despite being 29-61 straight up during the same time frame.

Well you did a good job picking Miami but you were off on the score a little bit as far as the other ones go Dallas and go KC

There's no way that Denver loses 2 in a row. How on earth do you figure that?

There's no way that Denver loses 2 in a row. Tune in for our next thrilling episode, "When Public Predictions Go Bad." As a Dolphins fan who, up until about four weeks ago was suffering through an awful season, I just have to rub a little nose in the Harrington return. Hope the Detroit contingent here on the 'Filter enjoyed your boy Harrington driving that Miami offense all over you yesterday, because I appreciated the sweet irony of it all afternoon long. Classy move at the end by Saban, too, taking Harrington out so the fans could show him some love, and, to their credit, they did. Very little love, mind you, but it was there. I remember when they signed Harrington, I looked to the heavens and said, "What...the Jay Fiedler Era wasn't bad enough?" But I gotta admit, the kid's workin' on me.

I loved Harrington's post-game, where he said something along the lines of how he'd enjoyed his time in Detroit and done his best for the Lions but now it was nice to be on a team that tried hard. I don't know what it is, because there's no facial similarity, but whenever I see Joey at the podium in post-games, he always reminds me of someone and I think that that someone is Keanu Reeves. I need him to say "whoah" for confirmation.

Especially with that photo they were using of him yesterday. He looked very Keanu-ish.

Found Joey's quote : "I'm so happy to be part of a team that plays like that. A team that plays hard. A team that plays together. A team that I can be proud of. A place where I'm appreciated.." It's a shame he didn't come out in shades and a trench coat. "I'm not here to tell you how it's going to end..."
