Bob Uecker and his Stalker Pretty serious but also worth a laugh...warning to those who want to just see the Hall of Fame broadcaster...don't stalk him.

Yup, stalking's hilarious.

Pretty serious but also worth a laugh I have known Bob Uecker for sometime and he's not a wimp. If he felt he needed to take this action, this woman must be a serious head case. I guess I didn't read the part that was "worth a laugh".I see nothing funny about this at all.

It's official. I have now seen everything.

CB, how do you know him? I've never met him, but I knew one of the fellows on his rookie card -- Ken Retzer of the Washington Senators. I love old ballplayers.

Physically.

I used to work for the Brewers. The old players are alot of fun to be around, not at all like the players of today.

The science fiction novelist Alan Dean Foster once had a stalker walk up at a convention and throw a cup of warm vomit in his face. Add me to the list of people who think it's not all that funny to be the focus of a mentally unstable person's attention.

Chem, what part of this is worth a laugh? Rebecca Schaeffer and I want to know.

I'm sure that Uecker would prefer that woman to stay JUST a bit outside.

Uecker = funny. Uecker being stalked by a woman who may be mentally unstable and a danger to him, his family, or herself = not so much.

Physically. One time -- ONE TIME -- I put the moves on Walter Alston and now I'm an old player fucker? That's just not fair.

CUT! You get one shot at "old player," and you go with Walter Alston? WALTER ALSTON? Guy played in one ML game and had one at bat. You may as well have said Moonlight Graham. Plus... not that funny. Let's take it from the top again... this time, fraze, I want you to try Ted "Double Duty" Radcliffe. That guy was an old player.
