Holy smokes. The local (Seattle) radio shows are all over this. Price was a frequent guest and was pretty well-liked and respected by the station's staff. It's pretty sad. I don't know what to believe though. Price has every reason in the world to cover up what might have happened, and two strippers seemingly have every reason to lie (or, to be more charitable, little reason to tell the truth). Some little details make me question the story, though, like the strippers yelling "Roll Tide" while Price chuffed and huffed and puffed away.
Coach Price needed to get his priorities in order. First, you win a national title. Then you use the gig as an opportunity to nail young women.
You should hear the radio shows on the other end of the country vito =) Here in roll tide country the talk shows and newspapers are going crazy with Price rumors. I'm sure the truth is somewhere in the middle, but the fact that Price is pulling out the ol' "I was too drunk to remember anything" defense shows you he did enough to have sudden amnesia. Price should have been fired regardless for telling Destiny she was the 'most beautiful girl in the world'. By the way, you'll be able to see Destiny in all her glory at www.destinystahlrolltide.com according to today's Birmingham paper. If you can't wait check out this local talk show, which also includes an interview with destiny, and other sordid tidbits.
Were there ever any transgressions at WSU? I find it hard to believe you come out of your shell in your late 50's!
Damn it ... when's Destiny's web site going to be available?!? I can't find a picture of her!
wfrazerjr, go here for a picture of 'the most beautiful girl in the world' and much more.
