0.11 seconds ahead of the record, and .62 ahead of 2nd place... Dude is sick. Non tinyurl link.

"I can definitely say I didn't expect that because I was a little bit tired," Bolt said after the race.
Eff me. Seriously, I want to see Michael Johnson's reaction to that one.

He's quite a humble chap, too. He needs to do the third person thing to really complete the picture.

irunfromclones, are you saying the real Usain Bolt is a short dumpy guy who created a superfast Bolt-bot that's winning all the races?

At some point, this guy's gonna run so fast, his legs are just going to explode.

It's not often I actually feel lucky for being able to see somebody do something, from a generational standpoint, but when I watch Bolt, I feel like I'm watching somebody that future generations will be jealous of.

I can't remember what clip I was watching, but the comment (in the context of how much Bolt has dropped the WR times in comparison to all of the gains made since like '83) was that it's almost like he's from the future. He's so big and tall. He's soooooo freaking fast!?!? It's pretty awesome, I agree with you, TBH.

I'm still a fan of Ben Johnson though. I will talk about that for generations to come still too. "It was a crazy time. The '80s were rampant with steroid use/abuse ... and probably one of the most tragic stories of all ..."

Maybe Bolt is just... Back from the Future (IV)
