Pittsburgh's Road to the Super Bowl

I'm in Fairmont WV and it looks like Steeler country down here with all the black and gold jerseys and flags everywhere.

Pittsburgh's Road to the Super Bowl

Actually, the Steelers are the first sixth seed to make it to the Super Bowl. The 85 Pats must have been a higher seed.

Pittsburgh's Road to the Super Bowl

Yea, I heard that today on a radio show. Or maybe they will be the first road team to go on and win the Super Bowl if that happens.

Professional Football Continues to be the Nationís Favorite Sport

Pro football is more exciting than other sports, with college basketball/football a near second and third. The NFL championship comes down to one game for it all, therefore it is called the "SUPER BOWL." You lose, you go home. There is no seven game series. You don't get to have a bad game, lose then get another shot a night or two later to come back. And I am sorry, any activity where you can use a car as your main mode of movement is not an athletic event.

Steelers Take Down Colts

I just watched Manning smack his O line in an interview on TV. True or not, you can't do that! What was he thinking?

Steelers Take Down Colts

There was nothing wrong with the way Cower coached at the end. The Steelers played that way all year. Get a lead, run the ball, play great defense, that's the Steelers. Today they did indeed have to beat the Colts and the refs. Dungy will be back next year, Manning just could'nt shake the Steeler pressure. I hate to go against a former Mountaineer, but I am glad Vanderjagt missed that field goal!
