well done detroit, i believe finally millen has a clue about how to build a team first the defensive coordinator hendersen excellant choice! hiring a coach who learned under robinson,dungy,gruden nice choice! now hiring martz who will get the offense going in the right direction he will get the qb situation straight,kevin jones your wish came true you are going to get an offensive line that works to create holes for rbs,offensive plays that will keep the defenses guessing for once instead of reading every play i didnt like the lions choice of millen but with the moves millen made this year in his coaching hires bravo i have studied martz's offensive units over the years and lions fans get ready to eat your fire millen signs i did

as a diehard lions hopeful who thought millen didnt have a clue about football management he goes and hires somebody that i believe is the perfect guy for the job ,first marinelli does not take shit,2 hes the coach your the player mentality meaning whoever is slacking better pick it up or your going to get traded thats it he will work with you do whatever it takes to make you a better player and learn your position if you do not play hard and give it 110 % (like 50% or more of the lions)he does not want you and trade is in the works he will do everything he can to win he expects the same from players,3 these players for the most part are instant million aires play hard thats what you are expected to do trust me people this guy is just who the lions need

protection should be number one,well seasoned lineman are a must draft a few big athletic lineman and in free agency aquisitions get two who are available if you create holes for the running back you open up the passing game if the qb doesnt telegraph the play you can have the element of surprise joey likes to telegraph the play look over films and you will see
