Ty Law...Free Agent Headed to the Lions now? I hope! I think he has at least a few more ProBowl seasons in him and Lord knows Detriot could use the help!

I like Ty Law, he had a great year, and i believe the lions have talent on that team, they just need to put it all together, Dont get me wrong, Im a Patriot fan, i would love to see him back with us, But if detroit does get him, they will be that much better,

The semi-annual Barry Sanders questions. Why and why not come back? Personally I think that even for him 37 is just too old.

To me, i think Barry Sanders was the best all purpose running back in football, he never had a line like Emmitt, but he still pounded out the yards, year after year,, Wow do i wish he chose to go to New England, poor Barry got screwed when he went to Detroit, But again, in my eyes he was the best, did all he did with nothing around him, id love to watch him run again.

Super Superbowl fan: He's attended all 39! When you ask Henschel about those $2 million ads the Super Bowl is famous for, he just grins and shakes his head. "Never seen them," he said. "I've never seen the game on television."

Id like to go to just one Super Bowl, just to be in the middle of all the excitement. But agree, you can see it better at home, alot cheaper, and alot safer. But to be there................(priceles s)

Seattle SuperSeahawks Sean Alexander ran for 132 yards and two touchdowns to send the Seattle Seahawks to the Super Bowl as NFC champions over the Carolina Panthers, 34-14.

No way i would have thought Seahawks were that good. Were they, wow nice game to the hawks, i take my hat off to them. Yes, i was a doubter, i truly thought Panthers had the better team, I was wrong, Nice game Sea Hawks. I still hate my x-wife calling here bragging about the team she has loved for Years, damm it, i hate when theat happens. Well enjoy Seahawks and Fans, you deserve that one.

Panthers Bury Bears Steve Smith had 12 catches for a career-high 218 yards and two long touchdowns, including a 58-yard scoring reception on the second play from scrimmage, in a 29-21 Carolina Panthers victory over the Chicago Bears in the NFC playoffs. The Bears only gave up 150 or more yards to one receiver during the regular season -- Smith had 14 receptions for 169 yards in a week 11 13-3 Bears victory.

What a couple of great games this past weekend, Carolina was just to much for the young Bears, but the Bears played hard. Although i wanted Indy, they again didnt deserve to win. Seattle better have there A game going this weekend, i Believe the Panthers are hungry for some BIRD, of the SEAHAWK variety. Hope this weekends games will be exciting as the last 2 were. The refs were terrible in all the games, hope they get better ones for the next games, cause they all SUCKED last weekend

Broncos Drop Patriots In a game turned by five New England interceptions and fumbles (including one caused by the hard hit delivered by a kicker nicknamed "Boom," the Denver Broncos defeated the Patriots 27-13 in the second round of the AFC playoffs, handing Tom Brady his first-ever playoff loss and giving Bill Belicheck his first taste of a season-ending defeat in 4,025 days (a Cleveland Brown Ravens loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers 29-9 in 1995).

A Wie bit of trouble Michelle Wie shoots a 79 in the opening round of the Sony Open in Honolulu, putting her ahead of one male competitor after 18 holes. The 16-year-old high school junior said she "needed some chocolate" after the round. Two questions: 1) Should a 16-year-old be playing professionally and, if so, 2) Is it time for Wie to focus on winning on the LPGA tour before tackling the PGA?

Lets face it, weather she is good enough to be out there or not, Sony pays her, and she is a big money draw for golf, I think she is a great golfer, i wish i could shoot as well, i just hope all the pressure and hipe doesnt get to the still, 16 year old, at 16 they have enough to worry about

Carolina Skunks New York The Carolina Panthers shut out the New York Giants 23-0 in a first-round NFC playoff game. NFC East quarterbacks Eli Manning and Washington's Mark Brunell have combined for 17-of-33 passing for 161 yards, no touchdowns and four interceptions, a quarterback rating of 25.76.

I dont think i can blame Eli for everything, he was under constint pressure, and that defense SUCKED, i cant remember when the last time i saw so many missed tackles, they were not into this game, and not prepared for Carolinas intensity. Next week against the Bears should be a great defensive game, I still like Carolina and there expierence. I do believe Eli will come into his own, hes still young and learning, he got a lesson yesterday for sure. I remember watching Archie, I never thought he was that good anyway. I do wish the Giants well next year, they just werent good enough, or ready for it this year

New England Edges Jacksonville The Jacksonville Jaguars outpunted the New England Patriots in the AFC wild-card round Saturday, averaging 41.8 yards to 39.2 yards, but the other 15 statistical categories proved to be the deciding factor in a 28-3 drubbing that set a record for consecutive playoff wins by a team, coach and quarterback.

Well, im a Patriot fan, even if Indy and Denver has the better team on paper, i think we all know, anything can happen, and you have to agree, the game plans that the coach comes up with for the Pats , are at times, AMAZING GO PATRIOTS!!!!
