The last 3 Jet coaches were "tough guys" (Tuna, Groh, Herm) who saw the tough future with the team they had. Like they say "When the going gets tough, the tough get going".We liked Herm; but, he just didn't like the situation he was in. I believe it effected the team this year. So.. goodbye Herm.
