I recall myself predicting the sweep on this sight, only to have some dumbasses talkin shit about it because the Cavs swept the Spurs 2-0 during the regular season. Where did u guys go???? And Tony Parker definately deserved the MVP. Fourthreeforty must not have watched game three when Manu only scored 3 points, all from the free throw line.

LeBron James is on another level now A roll of the drums, please. LeBron James is ready for his close-up.

The Spurs are a completely different team in the playoffs. I don't care that Cleveland beat the Spurs both times they played b4 the All-Star break. Whoever thinks the Cavs have a chance against the Spurs should have stayed up past their bedtime and watched the Spurs in the Playoffs. Their team defense is by far the best in the league. And like i said Lebron can score 50 a game in the finals and still get swept. I know Lebron is one of the best players in the league, but he can't do it alone.

the Pistons have nowhere near the talent the Spurs have. Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, Michael Finley, and Bruce Bowen. And Fukin Fabrecio Oberto is the most improved player in the NBA. The spurs got the deepest bench in the league and are by far the best defensive team in the league. The Spurs were only the 3 seed in the west and still have home court in the finals. The East is so watered down right now it's a joke. The Spurs, Mavs, and Suns would all win 65 games if they were in the East. And what team had the best record in the NBA since the All-Star break?? The fukin SPURS!!!!!!!!! Duncan's about to get his fourth ring, and maybe he'll start getting the respect he deserves for being the best power forward to ever play!

Kobe Bryant Demands Trade "I would like to be traded, yeah," Bryant said on 1050 ESPN Radio in New York. "Tough as it is to come to that conclusion there's no other alternative, you know?"

I'd take Tim Duncan over Kobe Bryant any day. Kobe is the best perimeter talent in the league but he lets his emotions get the best of him on and off the court. Have you ever heard of anyone on the Spurs in legal troubles or having locker room troubles???? Thats because San Antonio is the most respectable franchise in all of sports.

Cuban Plots Friday-Night United Football League Mark Cuban and investment banker William Hambrecht are planning a pro league to compete with the NFL. "We think there is more demand for pro football than supply," said Cuban, who believes the salary cap makes it easier for a rival to poach players drafted after rounds 1 and 2.

The UFL won't survive being played during the same time as the NFL, and NCAA football seasons. There's already football games on 5-6 days a week, who wants to watch the last cuts of the NFL, when you can watch football that means something. Football is about tradition!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lebron is amazing. However even Jordan had Pippen, and if the Cavs hold off Detroit to make the NBA Finals don't expect him to win a ring. He could average 50 a game against the Spurs, and still get swept. Bottom line is the Spurs are to experienced, to deep, and have way to much firepower for Cleveland.

Cuban should be smarter than trying to take on the NFL. There is no way the UFL can survive playing at the same time as the NFL season.

Theres no way Kobe is getting traded. The Lakers can't get enough value in return for Kobe, and if he did get traded the team he went to would be worse than the Lakers cuz they'd have to give up everyone they had to get him.

Chris Berman is annoying OK, here are your 3 Choices: 1. You get audited by the IRS 2. You have to listen to Chris Berman 3. You get stuck in an elevator with Michael Moore and Rush Limbaugh. How is it this guy still has a job? I wouldnt hire this guy to work at my local PBS station

How can any body hate Chris Berman! Between him and Tom Jackson, they make the best tandem in all of sports. Lightman doesn't know what he's talkin about, he must be a tennis or bowling fan..

Report: NFLPA against blood testing for HGH "When you start talking about coming in to take a person's blood, that's different than taking someone's urine," Upshaw told the NFLPA. "I know personally I would have a problem with someone coming in and trying to take the players' blood. I'm not ready to make that leap."

posted by wingnut4life at 06:45 PM on June 11

I'm all for random blood tests in the NFL. Unless you have something to hide I don't think any athlete making millions of dollars a year should have a problem with a blood test. You have to test for HGH, It doesn't show up in urine samples, and unless you want professional sports overun with cheaters, they should start testing for it this fall. How many more Romo's does the NFL actually need??

If Shaq can stay out of foul trouble this should be a great series. As much as I despise Mark Cuban, I'd like to see Avery Johnson win another championship. And when was the last time somebody won an NBA championship as a player and coach in the same decade????

The New Coach of the Sacramento Kings?
Eric Musselman.

Are the Maloofs serious? Sacramento was one of the best teams in the league after the Artest trade. Why get rid of Adelman for this guy.
