Nice list. At the beginning it mentioned World B. Free which reminded me of my favorite World B. Free story. After a Kansas City Kings game in which Otis Birdsong hoisted up like 30 field goal attempts, a reporter in the locker room mentioned to him how many shots he attempted, and he said, "Whoa! I better watch that or you all will start calling me World B. Birdsong" I always liked the name Tree Rollins, because one of the hoops I used to run at had a big pine branch hovering about 8 feet over the rim and if your shot had too much arc it was susceptible to being blocked by Tree Rollins.
