NFL loses big money: The NFL's efforts to get the Supreme Court to consider it as one business instead of 32 separate businesses has failed. The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the NFL teams are in competition with one another for purposes of apparel and cannot negotiate collectively to stifle competition.

I was pretty sure there was a link to a letter Steve Nash wrote to SCOTUS about this issue, but fuck if I can find it. Am I crazy?

I don't know about Nash, but Drew Brees wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post.
