Two fiery managers,: a pitcher with pine tar, and a volatile player returning to his old team's stadium to deliver the shot that leads his new team to victory.

I thought this was going to be about Chris Carpenter dominating his former team last night. He one-hit the Jays in Toronto, posting the highest game score of the season. Although John Gibbons isn't fiery. TLR, I guess so.

That's amazing: Carlos Baerga and Wil Cordero are still playing.

This is the same pitcher (Donnelly) that Manager Ozzy Guillen had a controversy about during the series with the White Sox, not too long ago. Apparently Donnelly has the custom of taking his hands to the mouth while on the mount, which Guillen signaled to the Umpire and the man in blue game the warning, making Donnelly very upset at Guillen and producing some comments tough to reproduce here. Well, it seems this guy is a cheater. Funny how the Guillen manager and now the Guillen players have both had the best of Donnelly and the Angels!
