Panama could be key for U.S. entry: plus the U-20 start the W.Y.C. on saturday.

The World U-20 matches, apparently all of the US and a bunch of the others, will be on Fox Soccer Channel. ESPN is tape delaying tonight's match and that really sucks. Coming off a beautiful 3-0 on the weekend, this game should have gotten momentum (interest, viewers) but not delayed until midnight or later in much of the country.

You can also watch the game on telemundo at 11:30 pm Eastern time. (Both are tape delayed, so stay away from the Internets if you plan to watch.)

The United States cut through Panama's defense like the canal that divides the isthmus. Great for the good ol' USA, but whoever wrote that line should be drawn and quartered.

I suggest that you only pack enough for a week.

Squealy say what you want but in 2002 didn't the US and England both make the round of eight? For my two cents the US team is heading up over the next 12 months as Eddie Johnson gets a full year on the NT, DMB gets another season in the Eredivisie (unless an English team calls in January, which wouldn't surprise me) and Arena settles on a regular back four. England seems addicted to Beckham and unable to settle on a regular left wing and strike partner for Michael Owen.
