The Saints are looking at a new stadium? For pete's sake, why?

Maybe they want one above sea level.

Exceeded bandwidth. Damn. The Saints are looking at a new stadium? For pete's sake, why? I don't remember. I think something to do with luxury seats, or maybe not. But they were threatening to leave not to long ago.

IIRC the Saints stadium is the oldest dome in the NFL. There were some complaints during the 2001(?) Superbowl that it was kinda... skeezy. Of course, I haven't been in it myself, so I have no idea. And yeah, luxury boxes are super-big among owners. Much money to be made there. The team that is REALLY leaving are the Colts, who can't seem to make money despite a white-hot offense. Expect them to resettle in Los Angeles (or possibly, but probably not Toronto) in the near future.
