Why is Galatassaray ahead of Rangers when they both have 8 points and Rangers have the better differential?

I can't remember what the tie-breaker would have been, but my guess is because Galatasaray beat Rangers head to head, 5-4 on aggregate.

Isn't it 3-2 on aggregate for Gala over Rangers? (3-2 at home and 0-0 on the road.)

You are correct. I must have snuck one of the 2-2 results into their tie.
