Yasiel Puig makes a 1.2 Pillar* catch to preserve (what was at the time) a perfect game.

* preserving no-hitters and/or perfect games in the 7th inning or later adds to what was a 0.9 Pillar catch to start with.

Congratulations to Arkansas, the new holders of the lineal college football championship. This is the Razorbacks' third reign (one in the 1960s, or the pre-CollegeFootballBelt.com era). Barring a major upset by Texas State, looks like Alabama will reunify the fake playoff "championship" with the true title some time in October.

The Packers just caught the Jaguars with 12 men on the field through a coach's challenge.

This makes me wonder: Is tech available that would enable an NFL team to count the opponent's players automatically and alert a coach every time it happens?

I just always assumed there was a person responsible for that exact thing. Someone in the booth perhaps?

A booth person could do it, but tech would be infallible. I'd like to be the person who thought of this before Bill Belichick.
