Garth Crooks: 'This is half-time, not over for John Terry'

Good for Brees, I'm not sure good for the Saints. The Saints need some money to upgrade in all areas but offence. I don't see them beating too many quality teams come playoff time with their current roster.

If any player deserves a contract like that it is Drew.

There are a great many things that bother me about the decision in the Terry case. One of them is that by agreeing with Terry's assertion that he simply was repeating what Ferdinand said, the judge is saying that Ferdinand lied all the way to court. I find it hard to believe that.

Also, if this is the result of cameras on the pitch, then I see no hope for goal line technology in football.

It better not be over for Terry, not after Luis Suarez got eight games and GBP40k fine for same or lesser.
