Fired White Coach Sues Black University for Discrimination: Former Savannah State University football coach Robby Wells has sued Savannah State University for discrimination, alleging that the January move -- just three weeks after his contract was extended -- was due to his race. Wells' suit claims that Savannah State vice president Claud Flythe told him alumni and the public would never support a white coach with a black fiancee.

Sounds pretty discriminatory to me. If the VP actually said that - it's compelling evidence.

If this is true, a) it's discriminatory, and b) the NCAA might become a little busy.

If the VP actually said that then he's a f'ing moron.

Speaking of which, if Wells had a history of compliance issues, then why did the university extend him a contract extension just three weeks prior?

Sounds like the pattern of poor judgment favors the plaintiff.
