Note, garfield, ursus_comiter and DrJohnEvans only picked for one round...now on to my picks

West - Chicago must win (in 6), so that Marian Hossa can go to a 3rd straight Final and lose to...

East - Montreal in 7

Now it's your turn. Picks not in before the start of the first game of the conference finals will be ignored...

The Flyers' win tonight takes me into contention? What? Awesome.

Sharks in 6 - no choke here either.
Habs in 6 - found their form so well they might not even need seven games this time.

This round is just nuts.
I think San Jose is the better team, but my heart is cheering for Chicago.
I think Montreal is the better team, but I can't fathom picking against a team that just had that amazing comeback.

Sharks in six - San Jose are the only team that I think can beat MTL in these playoffs

Montreal in seven - Have to think Flyers blew themselves out with the epic comeback

p.s. can't believe I'm in second, even if it's a seven-way tie.

Canadiens will prevail in 6, but the fans will burn down the Centre Bell, along with half of downtown Montreal. As punishment, the NHL will send Philadelphia to the finals. (Only kidding about substituting Philadelphia, not really sure about burning down the building.)

I have to swallow my pride and pick San Jose in 5. Chicago's goal tending is just not up to the task.

NUTS!!!

I was outta town all weekend. Not that iPhones and stuff like that can't keep me plugged in ... I just totally miffed my picks!?!?

I know they won't count in the standings, but I do want to go on record as picking the Flyers (who I've been hyping all playoffs) in 5 and the Sharks in 7 (I do think they're due, but the 'hawks are gonna make 'em earn it).

I just saw the scores ... I forgot that there were even games today. Dammit!

Shit, I was away this weekend (but not with Spitztengle) and didn't get picks in.

Blackhawks in 5
Habs in 6

If they count, great. If not, that's okay, too.

Knowing full well that I missed the deadline and will be in the Spitzengle/Jeffwa losers bracket here are my pick too.

I don't see why they shouldn't be included. I know I've turned in late picks in the past.

I am in the same boat as those guys. no computer access this weekend. doubt it matter but

Montreal in 6 sharks in 7

I feel my picks should count since I did not pick either team that won game 1.

I honestly have no problem including late picks, especially given the short turnaround between rounds. I mean, it's not like we're playing for money or anything. As long as it doesn't get way out of hand, I won't lose a wink of sleep over it...

And I'm going back and including garfield's picks from round one, cuz he was only a day late as well...that actually has bugged me the entire playoffs...

Now, he only has to submit picks for THIS round... ;)

Wow. MeatSaber, I didn't know you cared. I gave up hope after missing to post my picks again. Just for giggles and shits, Flyers in 6 and Sharks in 7. p.s. this whole 'busy with life' thing is a major drag on 'Net living.
