Profile Updates: This is not a huge deal, but has anyone else had problems updating their profile under the "customize" link? I've tried several times to change my information up a bit, but I haven't been able to get the information to save. I'm on Google Chrome 4.0.249.49 beta, Mac OS 10.6.2. Also tried it on Firefox 3.5.7, same results.

I updated my profile ths week, didn't have a problem.

Look for an error message when you try to update it. Last time this problem cropped up, there was a field in the user profile that the software thought was invalid.

Still got nothing, far as I can see, just goes straight back to my profile with no changes and no error message.

Yep, I've been unable to change my profile for at least 6 months; could be longer. I think I emailed about this over Christmas, or planned to and forgot.
No error, just goes back to profile with nothing changed.

I was just able to update my profile on the first try. I wasn't logged in when I read this thread, logged in and it worked. FF 3.5.7 Mac 10.6.2
Maybe try logging out and in?

I had no problem, using Chrome 5.0.307.7 on OS X 10.5.

Tried the log out and in bit as well, no difference, still on Chrome though, I'll go try it on FF.
Update: also no luck on FF.

I've logged in an out, different browsers. Hasn't made a difference.

I emailed rcade recently when I couldn't add my email addy back to my profile to accommodate the CD Swap. The system would not let me add it to the specific email location, but it did let me add it to the html dealyobob thingy. I didn't see any error messages though.

I haven't been able to update either. I've tried a few times over the last six months on three different computers. I've used every combination of Vista/XP OS and IE/Firefox.
