Hooking Delicious and Twitter to the Huddle: I'm thinking about connecting Delicious and Twitter to the huddle, so that SportsFilter users can contribute sports links and comments on those sites and have them automatically end up here. I know there are Twitter users who might use a #spofi hashtag. Anyone here actively posting sports-related bookmarks on Delicious?

Not in a year or so, but if you need some test data, I've got 59 bookmarks under "sports" and a few more under "spofi".

I don't now, but I might start, especially if the focus group's sandwiches were tasty enough.

The only focus group we've ever run at SportsFilter fed dogs meat made from horses. It was a disaster.

I do not oppose this idea. After all, it's just the daily Huddle*.

Just out of curiosity, will you have the text from those sources be a different color just to delineate it from a regular comment in the huddle?

* - I really like the daily huddle.

I have absolutely no use for either of those services but I also can't see them hurting the huddle.

* - Also a big fan of the huddle.

but I also can't see them hurting the huddle.

When I start sending alcohol fueled texts from Yankees games you may wind up reconsidering that statement.

I do tend to talk sports a lot on my Twitter, which annoys the piss out of many of my friends, but could come in handy in this sort of forum.

I've learned to enjoy the huddle when I get a chance to read it!

Huddle is a straight prick whose only goal in life seems to be to get up the first post of the day.

At least huddle doesn't use any tinyurl links.

I heard on Deadspin that huddle is doing Telemanjaro.

Yeah yeah, but who the hell is Jenis and why the hell is she spamming me via the SpoFi GoogleGroup?

I have absolutlely no idea what you are talking about. So things are as they should be.

(And huddle isn't so bad. He sent me an e-mail detailing how I could enhance the size of my Jenis.)
