Stanley Cup Playoff Pick'em...Finals Edition: Game One is Saturday, get your picks in early!

The computer I had the results stored on is under the weather, so I can't give you the round 3 standings as yet, but I wanted to give every opportunity to get your picks in. Detroit vs Pittsburgh, the rematch. Who's going to take the Cup home this time, and how many games? Right team nets you 2 points, number of games another point. And name the winner of the 2009 Conn Smythe Trophy, and get an additional 3 points. Get those picks in...are you still reading this? Reply now!

Yay, it's fixed. Here are the standings after round 3...

1) garfield - 26 points

2) MeatSaber - 23 points

3) Howard_T - 22 points

4) holden and NoMich - 21 points

5) Ying Yang Mafia - 20 points

6) MrFirisby - 19 points

7) BoKnows - 17 points

8) tommytrump - 8 points (2 shutouts in a row? Who do you think you are, Brodeur? =D )

My pick is Detroit, in 6, with Christopher John Osgood winning the Conn Smythe, to further cement his Hall of Fame resume'...

I'll stick with my early pick for the cup.

Conn Smythe winner is.....Sidney Crosby

Thanks for doing this, MeatSaber.

ala Giguere 2003, Malkin wins Conn Smythe

Nice to see you again, Sdm. Give my condolences to Sdd. If you guys are still talking that is.

Mr. Frisby is obviously reading my mind. I too look for Red Wings to prevail in 7, but Malkin to be nearly dominant when he is on the ice. Too bad he and Crosby can't play on all 4 lines.

Falling out of the sky to SpoFi, eh SDM? Welcome back.

Has a skater from a losing team ever won the Conn Smythe? I thought it was only goalies...

garfield, where are you? got less than 1 1/2 hours to pick..hate to see the leader get locked out...

Is it too late to put in my picks? Fly fishing with 86 trumped submitting my Detriot pick, and I can live with that.

...and I really like the Osgood pick for the CS. Your dues have been paid, sir. Congratulations.

If you woulda submitted your picks, like, the second period of game 1, I woulda put it up to a vote. But day of the possible clincher? C'mon man...

Believe me, I would be the first to protest such an injustice.
