Top Honors, The Herald Times, Bloomington, IN: Big Ten Awards

"Indiana senior D. j. White became the first Hoosier in six years to win Big Ten Player of the Year when the conference's yearly awards were announced Monday. White, who became the first Big Ten player since 2004 to average a double-double, was a unanimous choice for the conference's top award by the coaches and was also a unanimous first team all-Big Ten choice by both coaches and media. The last Hoosier to capture player of the year honors was Jared Jeffries in 2002." ...
