What's your FIFA World Cup site wishlist?: In the spirit of my colleague Jeremy's non-official question "what would you like to see?", I'm asking about improvements, features, etc. you'd like to see on the site. I'm doing this in a purely independent capacity. I cannot promise to fix or add anything, nor offer compensation for anything. Having said that, bring it on!

  1. The team page, at least for USA, doesn't give the standings for the group it's in.
  2. The My Teams function insists that I have some alert set but I don't want any alerts; worse, the only way I could get off this page was the Back button, clicking the logo at the top left did nothing (FF 1.0PR1)
  3. I was looking for a selection of small graphics that I could use as link hosts for my website but all I see is wallpapers and screensavers.

Wow...i don't know. Its pretty cool so far. I only spent about 2 minutes but it looks great. I suppose once i start poking around i might not see something i would like to see.

OK, I'm done. I'll take Fooker's comments and call it a day. Comments are now closed.

Looks like a decent site. I'd echo bill's point one though.

video highlights. tiny little windows (WMV, real, whatever), 60 sec of video, something like that. some places guard online video content like it is some money maker but i like what the NHL does. highlights of the most recent night of games, free, in two different qualities. and if you already offer video then.... a more obvious link pointing to it. little video online tends to be crappy or crappyish and is a poor substitute for actual TV highlights but i like to be able to check it out anyway.
