This happens to me almost every single time I post a link...

I do all this, including the bracket:
a href ="http://www.sportspickle.com/index.html"

But when I preview, the first quotation gets moved so I have to fix it:
a href =http://www.sportspickle.com/index.html" "

It always works the second time.

These are my vitals: Opera Version 6.01
Build 1041
Platform Win32
System Windows NT 4.0
Java Sun Java Runtime Environment 1.3

worldcup2002, thanks for the update on the book. I'm slowly working my way through Castel...it got back burnered for Moneyball and Seabiscuit but I'm reading it now. RE: Opera - try it. You'll like it. It's vastly superior to IE and Netscape and it's free. http://www.opera.com/

I tried Opera back when it was 2, 3 or 4. It was fast fersure, but it did some weird stuff rendering the pages. I'm happy with my Netscape fer now.

Somebody answer my question or I'm going to cry.

I'm not accusing you of being an idiot, but have you tried the link without the bracket? I'd assume it's a quotation rendering error in Opera, but I'm just an idiot. So, in summation, you aren't an idiot, I'm an idiot, and everyone should be using Mozilla.

Sorry, bracket should read "quotation". That is all.

Complete shot in the dark: try using single quotes ('http://www.sportspickle.com/index.html') instead of double quotes.

kloeprich - hey, your suggestion worked like a charm on my Tyson post. One and done. Thanks for the help.
