Here you go, I setup up the spofi fantasy American football league. I'm open to suggestions on changes to the scoring system, it's head to head. More inside.

Damn. I am envious of the initiative and energy of this group. EPL Fantasy Leaguers, where are you? Bunch of muckety-mucks! See what your pigskin-loving brethren hath wrought. Will you not be shamed into action? Waaaaaah.

It's a bit early innit, old cock?

I'm in. I'm bad at football, but I'm in. I probably won't be able to make the draft, but I'll let the computer pick for me. I'm not even sure how to rank the players properly. I should just rename my team "The Bengals"

Another commish job for you, eh jbou? Good luck fellas, I'm definitely sitting this one out. :)

This will be my first time in a fantasy league. Be gentle, I'm a virgin!

I am a lifelong NFL-anatic but count me out of this weirdness. EPL fantasy seems sufficient for my first effort. Good luck to the rest of you, and I think the winner should by me a nice juicy steak to celebrate.

jersey, no one else steps up to do these things, and anyway you are doing just fine in the fantasy baseball league. I made a couple of mistakes, and I've learned from them, join us in the fantasy football league, we'll miss your charm, and charisma.

Maybe jbou should run the EPL fantasy league, too. He can't do worse than our sorry lazy lot! (I'm looking at you FB, you brummy bulldog! Maybe we should make the Fantasy League winner be the one responsible for setting it up the next year ...)

Well thanks... I wasn't taking a shot at you really. What I meant was I don't know jack about putting a football team together or about any players. If Grum was the Bengals, I'd be the Lions.

eh come on...most fantasy is luck anyway. the top picks of people who "knew jack" last year were Marshall Faulk, Kurt Warner and Shaun Alexander. these players (possible exception being late season faulk) all turned out to be liabilities. i dunno jack about the NBA but the one season i played fantasy hoops, i ended up in the championship game outta pure dumb luck.

I am in. Hopefully I will do better than I am in the fantasy baseball league.

Join in jerseygirl. You and I can be those teams everyone looks forward to playing. Worst case scenario is you let the computer make some picks for you (after you remove the injured/bad players from your starting list) and then go from there.

The Concussions are in.

I may be in now I think... if the commish position is going to change. If so, I'll be the lowly powderpuff team you'll be excited to destroy every week. :)

I'm in. After my collapse last year (7-1 to 8-6? I'm emulating my Saints a little TOO closely) I'm hoping to recover. The draft is a bit early, though, both in time of day and in time of year. All you need is your 1st round pick to go down with an injury two weeks into the preseason...
