What's going on here? We have 3 different front page posts for the "Chunky Soup Curse" (here, here and now here). I think that's 2 posts too many.
As well, it seems that two of the links are to the poster's own weblog. He's even confirmed it.
I'm hoping the moderators/editors/benevolent overlords will clean this up as it is obviously against posting guidelines and is cluttering up the front page.

Ah, it seems that we have a self-poster. I suspect that Dan is not fully aware of the ethics of "community" weblogging, since he admitted that he (JawaKing) was Dan Lewis. Let's hope that he learns his lesson and continues to participate in future SportsFilter discussions. Hopefully, his participation was not merely inspired by opportunities to self-link. We shall see.

Yeah, that's fine. Helleke is wholle right to have taken it there. And I'm certainly not inspired to participate only to self-link. I cross-post the rather fringe topics that, well, should be posted anyway. It's a catch-22, really, but I'll not do it again. And if I could have remembered my password (I actually have an account like "Dan Lewis" or something here), this wouldn't have happened to begin with. Heh.

I do enjoy reading JawaKing's weblog, but I don't think it's appropriate to use it as a front page post. Especially twice within 8 days on the very same subject.
