MLB's Postseason eight is set

I hope all of ya don't think that all Michigan/Detroit fans are that bad. Matter of fact, I think we have one of the best sports states in the country! Who's got an argument? I am friggin ecstatic that the Tigers made the playoffs. The Royals were just pissed that they had to watch two of their divisional pals celebrate in their stadium, two days in a row! That's tough. The cats losin the division does suck though, don't get me wrong. Sunday was the longest crappiest game ever! Not only did we blow the friggin game, we couldn't celebrate, it went 12 innings and I was stuck with standing room tickets! Anyway, sorry 'bout the ramble but.... Tiges over Skanks, A's over Twinkies, Nomar beats up on Pedro-less Mets Padres over Cards Detroit celebrates down Woodward just as Wings get on a roll and the Pistons startin off strong. Good times.

Up with Stevie Y.

It's a bummer we have to wait till January. But as everyone knows, he is the most deserving of this honor and I will have that date circled on my calendar.

Tigers: Best in baseball

Seeing these cats winning like this is definitely a sight for sore eyes. I know it's early and the true test is yet to come (coming up: ChW, Bos, Ny and Tor). One thing that nobody has really mentioned is PITCHING! The Tiges, Twins game just ended and Verlander won the duel against Santana. There's more where that came from. (Santana is sweet though). F'n Pistons : (

Lions trade Harrington to Dolphins

One bummer thing that Joey's got going against him is that NO quarterback has ever done anything after leaving the Lions. I really don't think he's got the tools to get it done anywhere else. He's a nice guy though, I wish him well.

Pistons stand in LeBron's way, just as they did for Jordan.

You can't even say that James won't be as good as MJ. We won't know for quite a few years. Just say that he is great and if he does do better than MJ, good for him.

Artest Finally Dealt to Kings

Coming from Detroit I have to be ecstatic Artest is out of the east. Indiana has nothing on the Pistons like everybody was saying. Part of it is that Artest wasn't playing but Peja should be a good help to them.
