Brian Burke's 15 point plan to get the NHL sorted out.

I want to watch more hockey.

That was hockey is what that was.

W00t! Kiprusoff is my favourite goalie - he got the Flames into the Stanley Cup - and Ruutu's goal was fantastic. Loved it. Love Doan. Love Ignila. Yay us!

(I know I already commented on this, but I am reminded all over by the picture posted. Stop it. Stop torturing me.)

*cries* I caught periods 1 and 2, then had to go pick up my father 45 mins away. I listened to the 3rd period on the radio on the way to the ferry, cursing and beating the steering wheel. Likely the best 20 mins of the whole damn tournament. Missed the OT. Life. Isn't. Fair. To. Me.

This makes me so sad. I watched the 1st period and most of the 2nd. Missed the 3rd period as I had to go pick up my father. I listened on the radio, beating my head into the steering wheel with every goal. Tuesday night, I go nowhere.

World Cup of Hockey Fantasy Pool!

I've given up. Too many games, not enough memory.

World Cup of Hockey Fantasy Pool!

I came in late *and* forgot a day's worth of games. I'm telling all you last-place-wannabes, I cannot be beaten! I'm a bad, bad fantasy sports league player.

The 2004 World Cup of Hockey

I love those 1920 jerseys. If only I looked good in yellow. Hard colour to pull off. Naturally I'll be rooting for Canada, but I also cheer on Germany. Home team first, then I root for the underdog.

World Cup of Hockey Fantasy Pool!

I'm in. I plan to fight for last place! I know I stand a good chance at that. The Eddy Shack Experience (shamelessly stolen from a friend's ball hockey team) will be kicking ass and taking names! Or hanging out near the beer & hot dogs.

SpoFi CD Swap Update

Sorry for the delay in jumping in here. I really like the mixes I have recieved from corpse and chicobangs. In fact, I now plan to marry chicobangs - the rest of you keep your filthy paws off of him. And goddamnit, ufez. Why? Why are you making me wait?

SpoFi CD Swap update

Lou Bega was underrated in his talent, and I expect my CD to rectify that. Go team Winters!

It is SO over. Lightning win.

what does it mean for hockey to have a team from Florida win Not much, given that last year a team named after waterfowl nearly won it. But I loved seeing stuff like this....I imagine Floridians looking for Calgary on a map while watching the game.

Same old, same old.

Go Flames Go! *sighs at Canucks getting out in the first round* The Canucks are the home team, and I've always had a thing for the Sens. This just ain't my playoffs year. Much as I'd like to see a Canadian team take the cup, I'm afraid it simply can't be the Leafs. The Av's would be my next choice. Since they used to be Canadian. So, you know, are Canadian. Sorta. I know. Not really.
