You got Rondo'd.: In just his 2nd year in the NBA, Boston Celtic Rajon Rondo has won the hearts of many. He is featured on the homepage of Reebok with this latest campaign. Yet the national announcers on Thursday often refered to the struggles of Rajon and that the fans are up and down on his play. So what do the fans really think about Rajon in general and in the playoffs?

Undersized Pat's story raises interesting question...: who is the most unlikely player to be starting in the Super Bowl given their background? On one level it could be Tom Brady - college backup / 6th rounder. But this article shows at least one other to consider - Stephen Neal, the Pat's offensive linemen didn't play college football (he was an NCAA championship wrestler and NFL "walk-on"). Who do you suggest? Doesn't need to be this year.

Is Branch worth a number 1 pick?: Just a week ago the talk was that Pats won't get anything better than a 2nd round for Branch. And now we hear why this is good for Seattle and bad for Patriots: "This is a known commodity," Ruskell said. "The first round can be a crap shoot, from top to bottom." "Fifty percent were busts," Ruskell said. Who were the Pats #1 picks this century? 2005 Laurance Maroney, 2004 Logan Mankins, 2003 Ty Warren, 2002 Daniel Graham, 2001 Richard Seymour, 2000 none (Klemm 2nd rounder) Umm, crap shoot? They are all starting for the Patriots this year! Thanks Seattle!
