Can she beat the pacific?: In 2005 Roz Savage became the first solo woman to compete in the Atlantic Rowing Race. She started from the Canary islands to row 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. She did all of this alone and unsupported. She finally arrived in Antigua on 13th March 2006, 103 days later. Now she is set to launch on Sunday from northern California on her quest to row across the Pacific, Solo.

Fantasy baseball is going to trial!: There is a dispute between a St. Louis Co. that operates some fantasy sports leagues over the internet, and the internet arm of MLB. MLB thinks anyone using names and stats needs to buy a license, the St. Louis Co. says those are public domain.

This seems to be a problem with ring side care in Las Vegas maybe?: Leavander Johnson underwent brain surgery Saturday night after collapsing in his dressing room following his IBF lightweight title loss against challenger Jesus Chavez. 38 seconds into the round following the ring side doctor saying he was "OK" to continue.
