Illinois Mascot Controversey:: Mr. Couch puts forth a great challange to the University regarding their wishy washy approach to the use of Chief Illiniwek as their mascot. The University allows the mascot at home games, but does not travel the mascot to away games (nor did they allow him to appear at the Final 4). Couch says that after 15 years of controversey, the University needs to decide one way or the other. Good read.

Billy Packer Hatred: Apparently, hatred of Billy Packer has reached just about every corner of the blogosphere. This is a pretty creative collection of opinions. Unfortunately I think Billy has just gotten too negative and is just flat out wrong too many times.

The Haters: I don't know if I completely agree with this guy, but he seems to think it may be ok for North Carolina to lose the game tonight (for a variety of reasons). Don't you play the game to win championships? On the other hand, UNC has 4 Championships and a ton in conference so they obviously value these opportunities. Lots of back and forth in their comments section and a pretty good read, too.
