NFL overtime rules? Don't ask McNabb

"No, I didn't know that," Donovan McNabb said at his postgame press conference, saying he was not aware that one overtime is all you get in the NFL in the regular season. Then McNabb compounded his error by not knowing the postseason overtime rule. Those games do play to a conclusion for obvious reasons, but McNabb said, "I hate to see what happens in the Super Bowl or I hate to see what happens in the playoffs. You have to settle with a tie." A real student of the game.<p>

Clemens reportedly had affair with country star

Roger Clemens has another potential scandal he's already denying. He reportedly had a affair with country singer Mindy McCready in a decade-long relationship that began when she was 15 and Clemens was a 28-year old with the Red Sox. This could be especially damaging as Clemens' defamation suit against Brian McNamee proceeds.

The Cubs Own Chicago; The White Sox Just Rent There

One team finally brings a World Series championship to Chicago, a much-maligned, double-jeopardy Charlie Brown of major league baseball. The other team &quot;celebrates&quot; 100 years since their last championship. So why are the White Sox the city's second-class citizen?

Kurt Busch wrecks, then leaves the track. His team gets his car ready to go back on the track, but doesn't have a driver. Enter Dale Jr. (already out of the race) who volunteered to take Busch's Hendrick's Motorsports Chevy out to finish the race, earning a few points for a competitor. Does this point towards Junior leaving for another team next season, or is he just too nice a guy, and could you EVER imagine Dale Sr. pulling this type of stunt?
