Good call on Patrick Lalime, although there is the very real possibility that he suffered his career Mitch Williams moment at the hands of Joe "Carter" Nieuwendyk way back when. I'd say he's 50-50 at this point.
Terrific, a hockey thread. I miss hockey. So typical of the Wings picking up a goalie like Hasek to try and relive past glory. Let it go already, play Howard and move your team forward. The only player on that list that strikes me as even remotely related to the headline is Kim Johnsson. He is a bargain at $4.8. The rest of those guys are, if anything, overrated dudes who took pay cuts because no one was buying their shit anymore at the regular price. Hasek can still play, but only when he really, really feels like it.
