I bet in his younger and slimmer days he could have given those bees a run for their money.

Ihave to give my apologies to Mr Davis. When I first saw this I was like WTF? And in all honesty I'm still at the WTF stage. As an EMT, That's the last call I want to hear on the radio. No offense intended.

I don't get it. If he's not allergic to beestings, he gets some pain, he gets some swelling, but nothing life-threatening. Why would he want to go to the hospital? The only treatment they could give him is for discomfort, and he could do that just as well himself.

llb-most people, in the case of multiple Bee stings, would go to hospitle "just in case". Maybe AJ has a Dr on staff that he consults. Its a proven fact that the best place to recover from something is at home!

Yeah, one of those memories that will stay with me is from around age 10, watching my dad trim the shrubbery at my grandmother's house. Clippers go straight through a bee's nest, I go straight into the nearest car, dad goes straight to the doctor's for a topical ointment. He's not allergic, but 40,000 bee stings can do a number on your face.

This reminds me of an episode of Rescue 911 I saw where a guy was cutting weeds in a field and hit a bee's nest . He had a phone and was calling for help WHILE being stung by hundreds of bees . The EMTs bring him to the hospital where they found bees up his nose , in his ears and down his throat . There were bees flying around in the emergency room while he was worked on . They picked live bees out of his mouth , it was crazy to see . AJ , your one tough guy .
