Please God, make Sosa hit another.: On the way to the World Series, a lot of praying goes on: Fans do it. Players do, too. But all the petitioning makes some people wonder: Who is God rooting for, anyway?

God roots for all of our teams. Except Philly, because that's messed up.

He's still ticked that they (Philly fans) booed Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.
I'm sorry, I think bringing God into any discussion about sports is funny.

Your lack of faith makes the baby Jesus cry.

"I believe God loves everyone, I do. I just don't believe that he or she loves everyone at the same time. That's how bad things happen. While he's making the crops grow, or having a butterfly land on a retarded boy's head, making him special and alive ... he's letting you get fistf***ed at a camp." --- Dave Attell

Not to be a shill, folks, but if you haven't heard "Skanks for the Memories," Attell's album, go get it. Another story: A man attends a prize fight and happens to sit next to a priest. As the boxers answer the starting bell, one of them crosses himself before he heads to the middle of the ring. The man turns to the priest and asks, "Father, will that help him?" The priest shakes his head sadly and says, "Not if he can't fight, son ... not if he can't fight."

Dave Attell is a god. But then, so is Harland Williams.
